My mom use to make this for us for supper. I’ve learned that it’s really simple to make and tastes so yummo! What you’ll need:
Pre-heat Oven to 350 degrees.
3 Cans Tuna packed in water
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 lb. Macaroni noodles (or whichever type of noodle you prefer)
2 C Mild cheddar cheese – shredded
Salt & Pepper to taste
Boil noodles according to package instructions. When done, drain and set aside. In your pot, mix soup and tuna, adding salt and pepper and stirring well. Add in noodles and stir, then transfer to a 9 X 13 Pyrex dish and top with cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes uncovered at 350 until cheese is melted.
- You could add frozen peas when you are mixing all of your ingredients together.
- I’ve also added shredded hard-boiled eggs to the mix and it’s crazy good.
Soooo easy to make and one of my husband’s favorite comfort foods. Pairs great with garlic bread and a hearty salad.
