Getting Back on Track

I must confess. The last few weeks I haven’t been feeling 100%, and I slipped out of my healthy eating routine. I also stopped my walking routine. I’m feeling better now, and it’s time to get back on track.

My fridge is stocked with healthy food, and I spent a few hours today washing and cutting fruits and veggies. I find that if I store already washed and cut fruits and veggies in my fridge, I’m setting myself up for success. It’s easy to grab for a snack, or incorporate into a meal. I also store all of my washed and cut produce in glass containers. I’ve found that the produce lasts much longer this way.

This week I’m going to get back into my routine. I’m going to eat better, and I’m going to walk every day. I’ve already made progress on my journey to better health, and I want to continue on my journey.
